Meditation has had huge benefit to my life and the lives of the people I have worked with in teaching them meditation. When I first learned to meditate I was in a fairly unpleasant place and the peace that Meditation brought me was profound. Through awakening I was able to totally turn my life around to one that became highly enjoyable again.

All it took was me deciding to learn to meditate and then going out and finding out how to practice meditation.

The rest then started to flow with a natural rhythm again, at first it was difficult holding focus, though with practice my Meditation became at lot more peaceful and easy, until I reached the point where achieving awakening was easy.
